Mixed Veg Soup

Mixed veg soup is a healthy and filling recipe for fasting. You can get all the nutrients from vegetables avoiding the potato and oil.

Ingredients:

Cabbage (grated) 1/2 cup
Carrots (grated) 1/2 cup
Beans(finely chopped) 1/2 cup
Spinach (Finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
Tomato- 2
Green Chilli- 1
Corander leaves(chopped)- 1/4 cup
water - 4 cups
Rock salt - to taste

Preparation

Boil and peel the tomatoes

Add water to the Ingredients and boil all ingredients in a pressure cooker for 5-6 whistles
Serve in a bowl
